I just saw this patient Monday and he was very happy with Paramount. He had brought in his Meds to confirm.   I appreciate the extra work your group did for him.  I had spoken to the owner of the other pharmacy about 2 to 3 weeks ago, and told him point blank his service level was nowhere near a 340b should be.    I have to tell you the ID doctors have been impressed with Janet and your service.  I reminded them of these differences at our last staff meeting

I had a very nice conversation with a patient who just finished her Harvoni and she had nothing but very great things to say about everyone at Paramount they made her feel so comfortable and never were her questions not answered with respect and concern on the part of who she was speaking to Who I told her that is one of the reasons for using them and told her I would pass this on to all at Paramount. Please tell all there from me THANK YOU we may be a small office but have always been treated as if we were the only office. SHARON :)
